Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all purchases made on bashfashion.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by them. They operate alongside our full Terms of Service.

Order Acceptance

By placing an order you are offering to purchase goods at the price shown. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred. Where an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely — we do not store card details.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 calendar days. Cut-off is 3:00 PM (London time), Monday to Sunday. We fulfil from logistics centres in China, Hong Kong, the EU, and the United States — the origin for each product is stated on its product page. Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days from dispatch.

Items become your responsibility upon delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Returns & Cancellations

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a full refund. Manufacturing faults are covered for 6 months. You may cancel an unshipped order for a full refund at any time before dispatch.

Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
