I'm not want to leave bad reviews but this product doesn't do anything. It keeps your food at literally 2° above room temperature so what's even the point? For anyone looking for the real deal get the lunch crock which is made by crockpot. Does not burn your food and it made for people that don't know when their break will be, stays just warm for hours but not too hot
