Recognise Scams & Fake Sites

BashFashion is a UK-based online retailer. Like most established stores, we are occasionally impersonated by fraudulent websites, social media accounts and emails that copy our name, logo, product photography or page layout. This page exists so you can always verify that you are dealing with us.
Our Official Domains
These are the only web addresses we operate. If you are on any other site using our name, it is not us.
- bashfashion.co.uk — our store
- account.bashfashion.co.uk — customer accounts, order tracking and returns
- support.bashfashion.co.uk — our help desk
- bashfasion.myshopify.com — our underlying Shopify address (note the spelling; this is a legitimate address that Shopify assigned us)
We do not operate stores on any other domain, and we do not sell through marketplace listings, messaging apps, or standalone landing pages.
Our Official Email Address
We only ever contact you from an address ending in @bashfashion.co.uk. Our customer service address is sales@bashfashion.co.uk.
Automated order confirmations, dispatch notices and tracking updates are sent on our behalf by Shopify and by our couriers. If you are unsure whether a message is genuine, do not click any link in it — log in directly at account.bashfashion.co.uk and check your order there, or email us.
Our Social Accounts
The social media links in the footer of this website are our only official accounts. Any other profile using our name is not connected to us, regardless of how convincing it looks.
Warning Signs of a Fake BashFashion Site
- A different domain. Check the address bar against the list above. Fakes often use small variations, extra words, or unusual endings.
- Prices that make no sense. We run genuine promotions, but we do not sell at 90% off.
- No policies, or policies that contradict each other. Our Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Terms and Contact Information policies are linked at the bottom of every page and are consistent with one another.
- No trading address. Ours appears in the footer of every page: 39 Fowler Road, London, E7 0AU, United Kingdom.
- Payment by bank transfer, crypto, gift card, or a messaging app. We only take payment through our secure Shopify checkout, using the payment methods shown in our footer. We will never ask you to pay any other way.
- Requests for unnecessary information. We will never ask for your full card number, your PIN, your online banking credentials, or a copy of your ID by email or chat.
- Pressure and urgency. Threats that your order will be cancelled, or that a “customs fee” must be paid immediately by clicking a link, are not from us. Our duties and customs position is set out in full in our Shipping Policy.
How We Handle Your Payment Details
Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Think You've Found a Fake?
Please tell us. Email sales@bashfashion.co.uk with the web address, screenshots, or a copy of the message. We investigate every report and pursue takedowns where we can.
If you believe you have lost money to a fraudulent site impersonating us, report it to Action Fraud at actionfraud.police.uk or on 0300 123 2040 (in Scotland, contact Police Scotland on 101), and contact your bank or card issuer straight away — you may be entitled to a chargeback.
Verifying an Order With Us
If you have placed an order and want to confirm it is genuine, log in at account.bashfashion.co.uk, or email us with your order number. We respond within 1 business day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (London time).
