Usage Instructions: Assembly: Unscrew the cover → Insert the vibration ball → Tighten the cover. Ensure air vents remain unobstructed. Breathing Technique: Inhale slowly through the nose → Hold breath for 1-2 seconds → Exhale steadily through the mouthpiece → Repeat 30 times per set.
Frequency: Use twice daily (morning and night), 2 sets per session. Gradually increase ball size as needed.
Cleaning Method: Clean thoroughly after each use to remove moisture and secretions. Detach the mouthpiece for washing. Perform a deep clean every other day using mild soap or detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach, bleach, or chlorine-based products.
